How can event locations exceed the expectations of visually-impaired theatre guests for accessibility and service?

This research focuses on identifying barriers for and needs of visually impaired theatre guests (VITG). The focus lies exceeding expectations by offering services before during an event, ensuring accessible venue, providing excellent service VITGs. A qualitative methodology was used here. sample consisted ten VITGs experts in the field care persons. Data collected through interviews. Thematic analysis to analyse raw data, inductive coding technique process data into codes. Patterns were found, valuable conclusions drawn. proved that energy level is negatively impacted when attending event. To exceed expectations, this consumption should be reduced can save energy, but also sufficient information event accessibility. Being served employees with attitude adds expectations. It recommended any venue have a VITG website, knowledgeable experienced staff, work experts, offer individual guidance aware communications
